Went to treat myself to a tasty dinner after a successful Regional visit at my store! Shrimp Quesadilla, beans, rice & fresh guacamole! It was delicious and full of flavor. The shrimp are on the larger side & El Sombrero serves large portions! It took a while to get a waitress, but I wasn't in a huge rush. The restaurant is huge on the inside and the building is just as massive on the outside. I love the neon lights on the outside of the building at night. The waitstaff were quite kind also. I'm sure I'll be back!

This is the fanciest Mexican restaurant I have ever been in and ate at for certain I am from Florida up there working in Vicksburg. I saw this restaurant just had to try it. The decor is amazing . Great workmanship. The food is awesome. I really enjoy the chip & salsa it's excellent. The food portion more than enough. You definitely get your money's worth always enough for leftover. Everything is spot on waiters, and service is the best . However, the SUPER DUPER PLACE of all is Heaven. Are you going? The Bible says: As it is appointed unto men once to die but after that the judgment. The food and service were both exceptional. The beer was cold and fresh. The golden taquitos were wonderful, the carnitas was delicious. The chips and salsa were great. Really beautiful building well managed. The bar area allows smoking. Other than that we really enjoyed this stop. And all at very reasonable prices! Thank you

Really beautifully decorated restaurant. We got the fajita potato with chicken and the salsa special with beef. Both were good but the HUGE potato was the wow factor. I don't like Mexican fare but went there as a favor to my husband. I'd go back. Very nice sized portions.

We were visiting the area and decided to go here without looking at the reviews and we absolutely loved it. Staff, service and food were all great. Good food portions, tasty and good prices. We went with our 4 y/o daughter and they gave us a table towards the very back and I think they did it on purpose because of the smoking. We did not smell anything. I had the Chimichangas (1 chicken 1 beef). Definitely recommend the place.

Great place! Got started off with chips and salsa in the cutest little bottles of salsa to pour in your own little bowls! Ordered quesadillas and burritos and food came back really fast! The servers and staff are amazing and very nice. The interior and exterior are very fancy and looks great! Recommend!!

So glad to have found this next to my hotel and that it was open on Sunday. The menu is extensive and reasonably priced. A popular place for local and travelers alike. The margaritas are great and come in a variety of flavors. Everything I tried was good and I ate there twice. It is odd to see smoking allowed inside the restaurant especially during Covid when blowing out the contents in your lungs is probably not the safest. Yet, masks are still required.

Ate lunch here today while traveling through Vicksburg. Had a tostada, bean burrito and rice. Great service, good atmosphere and the food was delicious.
